Rajiv Kadayam
CEO/Founder
Since 2021, Mr. Rajiv Kadayam has been the CEO and founder of Nginering. With more than 22 years of professional experience, Rajiv successfully led major IT modernization and digital transformation initiatives at multiple federal agencies, including HUD, USDA, and SEC.
Rajiv has led the modernization of HUD’s Single-Family Housing project, called FHA Catalyst. His innovations in business process re-engineering and automation have saved the mortgage industry an estimated $200M in operating costs.
Rajiv holds an M.S. in Computer Science from The George Washington University.
Anna Patsel-Powell
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Patsel-Powell is the Chief Operations Officer at Nginering, overseeing daily corporate operations, strategic initiatives, and process optimization. With more than 22 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, and operations in the federal IT services sector, she is a proven leader.
As Director of Marketing at REI Systems, she led a $1.5M marketing strategy, earning the 2022 Platinum MarCom Award and the 2023 GAINer Brand Awareness Award.
Anna holds a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Marketing/Sales from Virginia Commonwealth University.
